Before you connect a mailbox

You are handing us your email. Here is what we do with it.

We ask for less than we could

Signerva requests permission to read your mail and to act on it when you tell it to. It does not request the ability to permanently delete anything, because it never needs to.

Nothing sends without you

Every outbound action requires approval by default. Automation is opt-in, logged in full, and stoppable instantly with a kill switch.

Your email does not train anything

We send redacted excerpts to an AI provider contractually barred from training on them. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Leaving is easy

Disconnect a mailbox and its contents are deleted from our systems within 30 days. Revoke us from your Google account and the same thing happens.
